Returns

We accept return of our products provided:

- No more that 14 days have passed since the date your order was originally shipped;

- Returned items are in the same condition and in the original packaging that you received it.

To initiate a return, please email customerserviceusa@fazzinihome.com attaching a picture of the item you would like to return. If return is accepted, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without an RMA or not returned in original packaging will not be accepted.

Fazzini will not accept returns for products which have been significantly used or do not fully match the original product you purchased.

The RMA authorization email from Fazzini customer service will also provide detailed information about the address products have to be returned.

After you receive an RMA authorization, please:

1) package carefully the products you want to return;

2) use a tracked service from USPS or carriers such as UPS and FedEx;

3) email the tracking number and the RMA authorization number and the tracking number provided to our customer service team (customerserviceusa@fazzinihome.com).

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consult your chosen carrier for additional information.

If your return is approved, it will be immediately processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.

If, after 10 business days, you have not received your refund yet:

- first, check your credit card statement/transaction detail again;

- then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds

In case you receive an order with a defective or damaged product, please write an email to customerserviceusa@fazzinihome.com within 3 business days from the date you’re your order was delivered, including a picture of the defective/damaged item. Our customer service will review your request and, if approved, will move forward with a free of charge replacement order. Claims requests received after the 3 business days window will not be accepted.

Once received, your return will be inspected, and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
